This report looks at some of the lessons that can be derived from the Dindigul Agreement, Safe Circles and social dialogue - to examine how female worker-led initiatives have been combatting gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) in the workplace.

This research evaluates the effectiveness of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct and its unique implementation mechanism, the National Contact Points for Responsible Business Conduct (NCPs), in addressing corporate human rights violations in Southeast Asia. Through two key cases, the study finds that although the OECD complaint mechanism has a role in promoting corporate accountability, it is most effective when combined with complementary advocacy efforts to secure justice and remedy.
